Important Information

Ski and snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, gloves, socks, boots, and helmets are provided

Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Snow Bullet Ride requirements: minimum 8 years old, 125 cm height, and 30 kg weight

Maximum adult weight limit for certain rides is 120 kg

Height and weight restrictions apply to selected attractions

Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed in the Penguin Encounter area

Food and drinks are only allowed at Avalanche Café and North 28 Restaurant

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the park

No refunds for unused or partially used services

Slope access is available for experienced skiers and snowboarders only

Snow Premium bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the visit

Guests must bring the booking confirmation email

The venue is not wheelchair accessible
